Dear All,

Registration is now open for the 'Perfect Paving' Basingstoke RFC Summer Touch League 2019. Please find attached a copy of the Team Registration form for those wishing to enter teams in the mixed, men's and ladies divisions. The registration fee is £100 per team (or £10 per person) for 8 weeks of rugby, made up of no more than 14 players and this must be paid no later than Friday 7th June. Payment can be made in person by CASH or via BACS to Basingstoke Rugby Football Club; Account Number 10183007; Sort code 16-12-35, using reference TOUCH followed by your team name.

Deadline for all forms is COB on MONDAY 3RD JUNE.

All teams will need to nominate at least 1 referee. Players will referee in rounds that they are not playing in. Basingstoke RFC will hold a short session to ensure everyone is comfortable with the rules.

Learn to play nights

Between now and 24th June when the competition starts, we will be running "learn to play" nights for any teams who are looking for a bit of coaching on the rules and basic skills required in Touch. They will be held on our usual Monday evenings from 6:30-8.00pm. These are free of charge to anyone who would like to try Touch regardless if you have a team or entered into the league.

Please pass this information on to any friends, family, work and businesses you think might be interested in entering a team or those wishing to register as an Individual player (16 years and over).

Please return all forms to me at ianfletcherbrfc@msn.com, with a copy of your receipt/payment details made to BRFC.

Kindest regards and looking forward to seeing you all over the summer.
