Tours

If you are planning to take your age group on tour, please use the following paperwork and ensure you have contacted the Club Safeguarding Officer:

• RFU Tour Guidelines – please ensure these are circulated to all (CRB cleared) members of your tour staff in the planning stages
• Player consent and medical form – please ensure you obtain parental consent from EVERY tourist using this form
• Tour codes of conduct – these are lifted from the RFU Tour guidelines and are in easy word format so you can send these codes of conduct out to all players and parents before you tour
• Tour checklist – this must be signed off by the club SGO before the tour RUGBY TOUR CHECKLISTblank
• RFU Overseas Tour permission – you MUST have permission from the RFU to tour overseas – you will need to have had your tour checklist signed off by the club SGO and also your tour insurance policy number to accompany this application to Hants RFU HantsRFUTourPermission
