Objectives

	Forge and maintain links with colleges and schools and provide opportunities for the local community to play rugby at all levels.
	Provide coaching opportunities for all coaches,which in return will provide good working practices and coaching for the club players.
	Link to the RFU initiatives for the benefit of the local community and the development of the BRFC youth structure.
