to the Basingstoke Women's Section
Welcome
to the Ladies section of Basingstoke Rugby Football Club.
We have been
established for five seasons and are known as "The Sirens". We play in the National
Challenge South, East, East Div 3 league against Guilford, Worthing, Ellingham
and Ringwood and Old Cats. The Ladies section has developed over the years and
we now have a membership of over 30 players. "The Swifts" are the U17 girls side.
They are part of a local youth league and play regular fixtures. Girls aged 12-18
years can train with this squad.
As a club we cater for all types of rugby
player, from 12 to 50 years old, complete novice to Regional Representatives.
If you think rugby could be for you then please come along to a training session
and give it a go! All teams train on Wednesday evenings, with matches or extra
training happening
